- 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
- 2 bananas , sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- dash ground nutmeg
- dash coarse kosher salt
Heat a large non stick skillet over medium heat. Melt the butter.
When butter is melted, add the bananas, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Toss to coat and warm thoroughly. When the honey starts to caramelize and the mixture is warm, remove from the heat and serve.
